If you’ve ever visited my office, you’ve probably already met my two most important team members — my miniature Jack Russells.
By Day: The Business Dogs
During working hours, they’re part of the team:
• Sitting (mostly) patiently in meetings
• Keeping a watchful eye on the door
• Offering moral support during tough phone calls
• Enforcing the sacred tradition of lunch breaks
• Serving as our official Meet & Greet department for every visitor
They might be small, but they take their office duties seriously… right up until the moment someone rustles a treat packet.
By Night: The Garden Adventurers
When the briefcases close, the suits come off, and the workday ends, these two transform.
The garden becomes their kingdom — and every evening is an episode of The Great Chase..
Whether it’s squirrels, shadows, or each other, they throw themselves into play with all the energy in the world.
More Than Mascots
They’re my daily reminder to balance focus with fun, and to take joy in the small moments — a sunny spot on the floor, the thrill of a squeaky toy, or the simple pleasure of being together.
